SisuMail is simple by design, but different by nature. Here is everything you need to know.
What happens to my emails after 30 minutes?
They are permanently deleted. No soft delete, no hidden storage, no backups of message content.
Can I reply to emails?
No. SisuMail is receive-only. That’s how we keep the service clean, lightweight, and unblocked by spam filters.
What if I stop paying?
@sisumail.fi stays yours forever. If your subscription lapses, emails won’t be shown to you until you reactivate.
Can I use this for 2FA codes?
Yes. The extension allows checking on demand without background polling.
Is this secure?
We delete messages quickly and authenticate via trusted identity providers. Very little sensitive data is ever stored.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not, but billing is simple and cancellations are immediate. Technical issues can be resolved via GitHub support.
